Delivery & Shipping

We operate only in South Africa and therefore only ship to destinations within South Africa. 

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided when ordering products, as title and risk will pass to you once your order has left our premises.

Due to excessive cost, we do not ship overnight. If you need overnight shipping, please arrange for your courier to collect from us in Tokai, Cape Town. If you are sending your own courier, please choose the 'My courier will collect' shipping option. We will send you an email to let you know when your package is ready for collection.

Rough guide to courier costs:

IMPORTANT: Our courier companies fees are based on the greater of the actual mass or the volumetric mass. Due to the size of the product and its packaging, fees are based on the volumetric mass. All 'weight' measurements displayed in the shopping cart are volumetric mass and not actual mass.

Countrywide courier to door - R125.00 for up to 15kg, thereafter dependant on various factors*.

Courier Cape Town & suburbs - R85.00 for up to 30kg, thereafter dependant on various factors*.

*Exact cost of delivery depends on number of items ordered, volumetric weight of items ordered and destination. You will need to provide this information by choosing your items before an exact cost can be calculated.

You can get a cost estimate of the items you have ordered by clicking on 'Shopping cart', then clicking on 'Estimate shipping and taxes'. Fill in the fields to obtain an estimate.

Countrywide courier - Delivery by courier to your door. Delivery takes 3 - 4 working days if you live in or near a major centre. Remote areas will take longer. You must provide us with a street address, not a PO Box number. No courier delivery can be made to farms or plots. Deliveries are made by the couriers from Mon - Fri, during normal working hours only. If your order and confirmation of payment reaches us after 2pm, your order will be sent to the courier the following day. Our couriers do not work on weekends or public holidays.

Cape Town suburbs (Includes Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay, Stellenbosch, Fish Hoek, Noordhoek, Simonstown, Melkbos) Delivery by courier to your door, if the delivery address is in Cape Town, Cape Town suburbs or listed towns. You must provide us with a street address, not a PO Box number. No courier delivery can be made to farms or plots. Deliveries are made by the couriers from Mon - Fri, during normal working hours only. If your order and confirmation of payment reaches us after 2pm, your order will be sent to the courier the following day. Our couriers do not work on weekends or public holidays.
